Who to contact
BATHYON is developed and operated by Ahmet Bozkurt. For questions about your information or to request a correction or deletion, email contact@bathyon.io from the address associated with your request or account.
Messages and trial requests
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected program and message. Trial requests also require your company and country; these fields are optional for feedback and questions. We use this information to verify your email, review your request and respond. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Approval, accounts and downloads
Email verification confirms your address; it does not approve a trial. We review requests before granting access. Approved accounts use email, password hashes, product access, expiry dates and device identifiers to manage sign-in, activation and protected downloads. Security records help prevent misuse and investigate delivery or access problems.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts our website and licensing service, stores application and account records, delivers service emails and provides protected installer storage. Messages sent to contact@bathyon.io are forwarded to the Gmail inbox used by Ahmet to respond. Delivery records may include recipient addresses, timestamps and delivery status.
Survey files and optional connections
Core cleaning, surface modelling and calculations run locally in the desktop programs. Do not put passwords or confidential survey data in the contact form. Licence checks connect to our online service. Optional background maps request imagery for the displayed area from external providers. If an optional AI integration is enabled in your version, prompts and relevant tool results may be sent to the configured model provider; consider the data involved before using it.
Website measurements and preferences
The public website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits without analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These services receive the connection information needed to serve requests. The application form stores your language preference in session storage. The owner console uses a secure session cookie for authentication.
Keeping and updating records
Request, account and security records are retained to operate the service, respond to enquiries and support access. Contact us to discuss the information held about you or to request its removal. We may need to verify the request and explain which records are still needed for security or ongoing access.
